Elote corn dip is a Mexican corn dip that is beyond addictive and full of so much flavor with fresh jalapeños, garlic, red onion, cilantro, and the browned corn. The fresh cilantro and lime juice take it to the next level.

I created this with 2 sets of dishes, as I couldn't decide and really wanted to use both for this dip! :-)
